Bookings for The Fifth are subject to the rental agreement presented at checkout via the Hostaway booking platform. Key terms include: check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM, maximum 8 guests, no smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable unless the dates are re-booked.
Direct bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Minimum stay requirements may vary by season.
Guests agree to treat the property with care, comply with local ordinances (including Minneapolis STR license requirements and noise ordinances), and not engage in activities that disturb neighbors. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental with no refund.
The host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a guest's stay, except where required by law. Guests are encouraged to carry their own travel insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
